New Friend

Today, I finally talked to one of the guys that I met on www.Blackpeoplemeet.com back in May.  We have been corresponding via Facebook for the last couple of weeks but only went out on one date.  Now, I am not sure if it was something about me that he was not interested in or if he may have thought that I was not interested in him.

I call him the Cable Guy because he works for Comcast.  He is a really nice guy and he just recently got out a 5 year relationship in February.  Both of us were not looking for anything other than friendship at this point.  He doesn’t have any children *yea, no baby mama drama* and has never been married.  I really like the conversations that we had in the past so I am looking forward to talking to him and getting to know him a little better.

This dating thing is all new to me so I am never sure what you can and can not say or do.  We are planning on going miniature golfing sometime soon, so I will let you all know how it turns out.
