10K Training Week 5 & Spring Chick Challenge – 1/23/12 – 1/29/12

Since I decided to run in a 1/2 marathon in May, I will have one more week for my 10k updates.   I will be starting 12 week training next week for the 1/2 marathon.   During this upcoming final week, I should be able to break the 6 mile mark.  *keep your fingers crossed*

This was a great week.   Final week of 10k coming up and then it is onto the 1/2 marathon training.  *Yikes*
